They have best doughnut I've ever eaten in NYC!!
It's a tiny place that fits probably 10 people max. Their donuts are on display and they had a pretty good variety - blueberry jelly doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, hazelnut, lemon, tres leches, chocolate, etc.
Once you them you'll never go anywhere else.
Open around 7am to 6pm, but you'd better go hurry or it gonna be sold out soon!

基本的に日本の日本食で言えば『普通に美味しいラーメン屋』に入るココ一風堂。
でもマジ、ソレがニューヨークにあるから意味がある！
申し訳ないけど、めんちゃXXXXやめんくいX、来来Xや味千、サッXX、せたがX、どこも何かが足りなかった。輸入してはいけない素材か調味料か。。。？　みんXやモモフクは日本に近い味だけど、でもでもな〜んかパッとしなかった。

そして、登場した一風堂は、本気で通いたくなるニッポンのとんこつラーメン（日本ならコレくらいあたりまえ！の味を再現した、いわゆる美味しいラーメン）。
アメリカ在住暦のなが〜いあなた、ぜひ是非、並んでも行ってほしい！さっぱり派は白丸、こってり派は赤丸をどうぞ（それぞれ＄13、替え玉＄2）。

$ - Shake Shack (American *Seasonal vender)

This designer concession stand has become a warm weather mecca for classic American chow. The menu is simple: burgers, dogs, fries, shakes, and frozen custard (prices range from $2 to $8). But donít expect it to taste like McDonalds. The beef is ground fresh daily from sirloin and brisket for the burgers, the bird dog is chicken and pheasant sausage, and apparently they searched all 50 states to find the best frozen custard recipe. The vegetarian ëShroom burger is a crispy portobello mushroom with onions and melted cheese. The Shack draws a big crowd so be strategic and have someone save a seat while you wait in line. Be a good citizen: part of the proceeds from your meal will go towards preserving Madison Square Park.

この期間限定の売店は、クラッシック・アメリカンフードのメッカ。メニューはいたってシンプル。ハンバーガーにホットドッグ、フレンチフライ、シェイク、そしてフローズン・カスタード。（値段は$2から$8。）でもマクドナルドのような味を想像するのは大間違い。バーガー用の牛肉は、サーロインと胸肉をその日に挽いたフレッシュなもの、バード・ドッグは、チキンとキジ肉のソーセージ、そして人気のフローズン・カスタードは、最高のレシピを入手するためにアメリカ全土を捜しまわった、というこだわりよう。野菜キノコバーガーは、しゃきしゃきのポルタベーラ・マッシュルームと玉ねぎ、そしてとろーりとろけたチーズの組み合わせが絶妙。シェイクはあまりに大人気のため、列で待ってる間に友達に席を確保してもらうのが得策。店の売り上げの一部がマジソンスクエアパークの保存基金となっているのもニクい限り。美味しく食べて、公園保存に貢献しよう。

This cozy and friendly stand(WC?) serves falafel with(WC?) plenty of vegetable just for $2. ~~($4) is also recommended. Don't worry, they are big enough to share it with your drinking buddies. Got satisfied? Okay, it’s time to get ready for the next bar!

One of the reasons why we can never get over NYC is that we get to try authentic cuisines from around world right in our neighborhood. When we almost choked our German friends to find out the name of their secret, closest-to-home hangout, they all said Zum Schneider. Here you can find a large selection of rare imported beers from Germany. The appetizers start from $4 and the entrees are $9-$17. for an authentic dining experience, try Schweinebraten ($15: slow-roasted pork with super crispy skin) and Kaesespaetzle ($10: spaetzle with cheese and bacon.)

ニューヨークの素敵なところといえば、本場に限りなく近い食事ができること。この店で味わうドイツ料理もその一つ。ドイツ人の友達が口を揃えて絶賛！そんじょそこらで探せない本場ドイツのビールの種類もかなり豊富。前菜は$4から、メインコースも$9から$17と良心的。Schweinebraten（皮がカリカリになるまで時間をかけて焼き込んだローストポーク: $15）や、 Kaesespaetzle（小麦粉のニョッキをチーズとベーコンで煮込んだもの: $10）で、今日はかなりドイツ気分！

ちょっとラテン物が食べたくなったら、ここはオススメ。日本の酢の物っぽいRed Snapper Ceviches ($10)は驚きの旨さ（でも日によって当たりはずれ有り）。Shredded Beef Comidas ($10: ビーフとライス＆ビーンズ)、Sweet Fried Plantains ($3.50:甘いバナナの揚げ物)もかなりグー。サングリア（赤ワインとフルーツのミックスドリンク）をオーダーするのも忘れずに。

In this super tiny joint with virtually no seating, you’ll find some of the best Pakistani meals around the town. Try their lamb or goat curry ($4) and experience how the meat and potatoes melt in your mouth. Or if you need a midnight snack on the run, pick up one of the chicken patties ($1.50). But even if you’re feeling adventurous and love free offerings, avoid that mysterious pickle bottle on the counter.

椅子やテーブルなんて見当たらないとっても狭いこの店ですが、街でも屈指のパキスタン料理を食べることができます。ラム、またはゴートカレー（＄４）をオーダーして、口の中でとろける肉とポテトを味わいましょう。もし夜食を大急ぎで、なんて時はチキンパティー（＄１．５０）がお薦め。でも冒険心にかられたからといっても、カウンターにある謎めいたピクルスのビンに手を伸ばすのだけは避けましょう。

何処に行っても脂っこいNYのチャイニーズフードに飽きた人は、ホンコン本場の中華粥を試してもらいたい。体にやさしいお粥は種類豊富。しかもメニューは＄３台からなので財布にもやさしい。飲茶や竹筒に入った炊き込みご飯（Bamboo　Rice)はとりわけ美味。

*Brunch ($12.95) is served between noon to 4pm, only on Sundays.

Tired of the same ol’ Japanese food? Hit Natori. Order: Broiled Spanish Mackerel w/Miso Pasta ($4.75), Fried Wani (alligator) w/Ginger ($5.50), and top it off with Chocolate Don ($16), which is a huge bowl of sashimi rice. Like some of the best places in New York, there’s usually a wait, but it’s totally worth it.

同じような日本食レストランばっかりとあきあきしている人にお薦めがここ、なとり。家庭的な食事と雰囲気でかなり和める。日替わりのメニューの定食もかなりお薦めだけれど、寿司好きの人に絶対試してもらいたいのはスタミナ丼（＄１６）。ちらし寿司にうにやいくらがのっていてボリューム満点。ほかでは珍しいワニのショウガ焼き（＄５．５０）やさわら西京焼き（＄４．７５）も美味。

Sometimes you just want the down-‘n-dirty shit. At times like that you’ve gotta hit the ghetto-ass May Wah, a hole-in-the-wall that serves delicious, nasty-greasy Chinese food for a couple bucks. It wouldn’t surprise me if they took food stamps there. Their most popular dish is the Chicken Leg over Rice ($3.95), and they’ve got the typical soup dishes and rice dishes. Come when you’re hungry and broke; don’t bring a date.

ブロークでチョー貧乏なあなた、でもやっぱアジアンフードがいいなぁ。。って時はどーする？　安くてジャンキー、満腹度１００％のメイワー・ファーストフードに決まりっショ！ココの一押しは Chicken Leg over rice又はPork Chop over rice。カラリと揚げた巨大鶏肉か豚肉にからめられたソースは絶品。高菜風漬け物がサイドにのって、ちょっとニッポンのどんぶり気分。プラス＄１の煮玉子トッピングで贅沢度アップを決めるも良し。あ、でも決してお気に入りの彼女は連れてかないでネ。

レストラン入り口でドミノをやってるのは陽気なラテン人。フレンドリーなので入るのをためらうべからず。ライス＆ビーンズ$3、ビーフステーキ、オニオン添え＆ライス$6、バターフライドフィッシュ、オニオン添え$5など美味しくってかなりお得！日替わりで牛レバーの煮込み（かなり味は微妙。。）とかあるので、見た目でオーダーせず、ちゃんと聞いてオーダーしてね。
